These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "You") and pa668 ("pa668", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the pa668 website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all associated features (collectively, the "Platform").

The following conditions apply to all deposits on pa668:

• All payment instruments used to deposit must be legally owned by the registered account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• pa668 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) minutes for digital wallet methods under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.
• pa668 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity, age, or source-of-funds verification.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before the associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the pa668 account cashier at the time of withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests that cannot be processed due to failed verification, expired payment details, or unmet bonus conditions will be communicated to the member via registered email or support channel within three (3) business days.

pa668 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered members. All pa668 bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only as defined by each promotion's specific terms. pa668 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer at pa668 carries a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are clearly stated for every pa668 promotion.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be used before real-money funds in your pa668 balance.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on pa668, including cricket, PSL, international matches, UFC, and football markets:

• All bets placed on pa668 are final once confirmed. pa668 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet except where a market is voided by pa668 in accordance with its sportsbook rules.
• In the event of obvious pricing errors or technical faults resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, pa668 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the member's account.
• pa668 may impose individual betting limits on any member's account at any time, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

• All results are settled in accordance with pa668's published sportsbook rules for the relevant sport and market type. In cases of dispute, pa668's decision is final subject to the internal complaints procedure.

You may request the closure of your pa668 account at any time by contacting support. Upon confirmed account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding verification requirements and after deducting any unmet wagering obligations on bonus funds.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pa668's total liability to any member in connection with use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pa668 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond pa668's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, force majeure events, or governmental action.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your pa668 account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pa668's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pa668's gross negligence.

Your use of pa668 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the pa668 Privacy Policy in its entirety.

pa668 collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account management, age and identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Your data is never sold to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
